The Art of Manifesting
We’ve all heard the age old saying, “fake it till you make it,” but did you know it’s an actual tool you can put to use in everyday life? Manifestation is a real utility that everyone should have in their back pocket. Yes, you can plan to do things day by day, make a set goal for the year, and have a schedule, but manifesting can help you really make that goal a reality. Though this may sound odd to some, simply stating the things you want to accomplish as if you’ve already accomplished them is sometimes extremely effective at making your reality what you’d envisioned all along.
Though this method may seem a little odd starting off, it can become a regular part of your day. The best way to make this an everyday habit, is by journaling all your wants, wishes, and dreams daily. Whether it be at night before bed, in the morning before work, or in the afternoon when you sit down for lunch, you’d be surprised how nice it feels to clearly state what you want and desire.
Binya is carrying the perfect journal for this, “Less planning and more manifesting” by Haley Biemiller. This journal can really help you get starting on your journey with manifesting. Don’t expect manifestation to work overnight, but do keep your hopes up because all good things come in good time.
Whether it be a career, a house, a vacation you’ve been wanting, or a completely new path to take in your life, that goal is never unattainable, and always within arms reach. By practicing a very easy method called manifestation, we can begin to see what our goals look like laid out in front of us. This method is also great when you’re not really sure what you want. By stating your end goals instead of how to get there, it can really help illuminate the road you’re meant to take.
Take aspirational thoughts and turn them into reality. Write them down, consistently record them, and date them. It’s nice to be able to look back on your manifestations when you finally make it where you wanted to go.
